The tallest skyscraper in the Nordics is located in Gothenburg. Rising 74 floors into the sky, it offers an extraordinary experience with breathtaking panoramic views of Gothenburg’s landscape. Here, the award-winning architects from Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter have designed 12 penthouse floors, showcasing high international standards and refined design. Built by Serneke, only the finest materials and solutions have been used, ensuring every detail is crafted to perfection.
Flooring — Chevron
Surface treatment — 303 Winchester, Light brushed Oak
Dimension — 90 x 610 mm
All windows stretch from floor to ceiling, and in several areas, the ceiling height reaches an impressive eight meters. The chevron-patterned flooring adds dynamic energy to the design with its sleek lines, which, together with the tall window sections, create beautiful lines and symmetry, seamlessly blending the floor and walls into a harmonious whole.
The dark oak flooring, laid in a chevron pattern, adds an international and welcoming feel to the otherwise minimalist architecture. The shade “303 Winchester” is a deep, dark brown—almost black—treated with hardwax oil. The chevron pattern creates distinct visual stripes, depending on how the light falls, adding an extra layer of depth and sophistication to the space.
A black kitchen from Boffi, paired with a marble countertop, harmonizes beautifully with the dark-oiled oak flooring, reflecting a design where every millimeter of precision matters and is evident in the final result. The seamless integration of these elements creates a space where elegance and craftsmanship shine through in every detail.
